  1. 1. Purpose

The Goodnotes Community serves as a collaborative forum designed to facilitate meaningful and transparent interaction between Goodnotes users and the Goodnotes team. This space is dedicated to fostering a respectful and inclusive environment—aligned with our core values of respect, privacy, integrity, and innovation—where users are empowered to voice their ideas and directly influence the future direction of our products. Beyond feedback, the community is a shared environment for users to exchange notes, workflows, and creative content while accessing resources and providing peer-to-peer assistance to help one another excel. By bridging the gap between our team and our users through regular updates and open communication, we aim to build a closer, more connected collective.

Please note that while we encourage open dialogue, this space is not intended for the formal reporting of technical issues. To ensure an accurate assessment and a timely resolution, all bugs or technical malfunctions should be submitted through the in-application reporting feature, which allows our dedicated teams to review the issue with the full technical context required for a solution.
