Tell us what you think about Goodnotes by participating in our user studies. You’ll get a token of our appreciation plus the chance to help build something you’ll love. Sign up below to join our Feedback Group and influence the next wave of Goodnotes features.
Click the button above to sign up, and fill in our onboarding survey, that will help our research team match you to particular studies. This should only take a couple of minutes, and the more information you provide, the better your chances of being contacted by our team!
Stay tuned for our emails. You may get invites for doing surveys, interviews, or workshops to test new features. You don't have to be involved in every activity. You can do as little or as much as you want to - it’s opt-in, and you can pick and choose if you’d like to participate!
3. Participate
If you're a potential match for an upcoming study, we will send you a follow-up questionnaire and details about next steps. If you're invited to participate, you'll work one-on-one with a Goodnotes researcher, either in-person, or remotely.
If we invite you to take part in a study, we’ll give you all the details about time and method. We run most of our interviews through UserTesting remotely, however we do occasionally run in-person testing in our Hong Kong and London offices.
4. Get rewarded
Once your participation is complete, you’ll get a small thank you gift like a gift card, swag, or a donation to your favorite charity. We'll always tell you what the reward will be before you decide whether to participate. You’ll also have our gratitude for helping us make Goodnotes products the best they can be!
We can’t wait to hear from you
If you're a potential match for an upcoming study, we will send you a follow-up questionnaire and details about next steps. And if you're invited to participate, you'll work one-on-one with a Goodnotes researcher, either in a lab setting or your own space. Remember that there are no right or wrong answers — every bit of your feedback will help us improve the products we create.
