Good Notes is committed to satisfying and building relationships with our customers. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item within 30 (thirty) days for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We ask that you provide a reason for the return so we may be better able to meet our customers’ needs. Beyond thirty days, items may not be returned for a refund.

We are currently shipping orders via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We’re able to provide customers with affordable and reliable shipping by using this service. However USPS does not provide tracking information on a regular basis. If you need tracking information, USPS charges an additional fee for this service. If you would prefer to use a different shipping solution, please contact us and we can find a solution that works for you.
